Steelcore provides you with complete solutions for constructions with a lightweight metal frame, with excellent behavior in an environment with strong seismic loads. Steel, a ductile and durable (isotropic) material, has the best coefficient of performance for its weight against all structural elements, with flexibility many times greater than reinforced concrete or wood.
Consequently we can design with more architectural freedom, choosing large openings and single spaces, keeping the total weight of the construction at levels up to eight times lower than conventional methods. By using specialized analysis and dimensioning software, we achieve optimization in the use of materials and a high degree of safety and resistance in conditions of intense seismic activity. At the same time, we ensure maximum quality for each construction by using branded certified materials and strict adherence to application rules.

- Combination of external & internal thermal insulation systems that give the building extremely low thermal permeability coefficients without thermal bridges. As an example, to achieve the same thermal insulation coefficient achieved with 5cm EPS, a 68m thick solid brick wall or a 300cm thick reinforced concrete wall would be required

Produced from recyclable, renewable and abundant raw materials without using phenols, formaldehyde or acrylics in the binder, nor artificial colors and pigments
- Plasterboard sheets in combination with the presence of mineral wool, thanks to their low heat capacity, meet the conditions for creating a stable microclimate since they immediately obtain the desired temperature and stabilize the humidity levels in the room
- The breathable membrane used allows the construction to breathe, preventing moisture from entering the interior. Combined with the ability to maintain a constant temperature, the possibility of mold and fungus in cool areas is eliminated
